Looking for the perfect venue for you upcoming wedding, corporate event or fundraiser?  Our renovated 1800s warehouse in the heart of dowtown Dayton is convenient, spacious and versatile.  It is also current and stylish, with 30' high ceilings, exposed brick and wood beams, and with a large chalk board wall for custom art or messaging.

We offer two distinct spaces; the Brightside Bar for intimate gathering of 65 seated or 110 cocktail style, and the Vodvil Ballroom for larger gatherings of up to 250 seated (310 including the bar) or 425 cocktail style.

 

We are not affiliated with any specific caterer, so options abound.  We offer ample FREE off-street parking, two catering kitchens, and a state of the art sound and light system in both rooms.  What makes our venue unique in Dayton is that the spaces have been renovated with sound quality in mind, and our guests have noticed!  The sound in both our Brightside Bar and also our Vodvil Ballroom is impeccable, and past event attendees have given us amazing positive feedback about their experiences in both rooms with regard to sound quality.

By design, we do not have tables and chairs, so your layout and decoration options are limitless!  We work with several local rental companies in order to provide any style option that suits you, from long farmhouse tables and gun metal chairs, to 6' rounds with linens and chavarie chairs; whatever you envision, we can help you manifest it!

We do have a liquor license and provide trained bar staff for all events included in the rental price, so you can leave all the beverage details to us.

We are conveniently located on Third Street near Keowee in the Webster Station neighborhood, which is  made up of creative individuals, businesses and organizations working to restore and protect the architectural heritage of this part of our community.  Our neighbors include The 2nd Street Market, The Steam Plant, The Cannery, Square One Salon, Yellow Cab, Sherwood Florist, Carrs Photography & many many more!
